This shirt was inspired by the old sign of a small casino on The LV Strip next to Circus Circus whose original owner allegedly showed both the Kansas City & Chicago mob families how to skim money from all the LV casinos in the 70's. As a reward in 1983, he received a 15 year prison sentence.
